What Participation Involves
- Reading and reflecting on published research entries
- Optional: sharing your own experiences with consciousness and energy
- Optional: participating in guided practices (Tai Chi, Qi Gong, shamanic journeying, intention work)
- Optional: journaling your experiences throughout the research period
- Engaging in dialogue — with Scott, with other participants, and with AI
